Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unopened and in its original packaging
Unused and in the same condition as received
Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
Items that are damaged due to misuse, installed, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for return.
Due to the nature of firearm accessories, some products (like custom orders or clearance items) may be non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
A restocking fee of 10–15% may apply to certain returns
If your return is rejected (e.g., for signs of installation or tampering), we will notify you and return the item to you at your cost.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our support team at Support@buygunswitch.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
Installed parts or components
Electronic items once packaging is opened
Sale, promotional, or clearance items
Firearm parts that violate federal or state laws upon return

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged upon arrival, etc.).
